From Downtown Tampa:
Take I-275 north beyond the merge with I-75. Exit at State Road 56 (exit 275) and go east for approximately 1 1/2 miles to the main entrance of Seven Oaks on the north side of State Road 56.

From the New Tampa area:
Go north on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard into Pasco County. Seven Oaks is located at the intersection of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and State Road 56. Entrance to the community is just north of the intersection off Bruce B. Downs Boulevard.

From the Suncoast Parkway:
Exit the Suncoast Parkway at State Road 54. Go east for approximately 10 miles. At the State Road 54 and State Road 56 split, take State Road 56 eastward. Seven Oaks' main entrance is approximately three miles and located on the north side of State Road 56.
